The International PhD Program, established in 2005 for foreign students, has the following principle goals:
- To promote an environment where foreign students with different nationalities and backgrounds can engage in diverse cultural and scientific exchanges.
- To host students in an internationally acclaimed institution that conducts competitive research.
- To enable them to perform their thesis in motivated and cutting-edge teams.
- To offer a diverse set of courses in collaboration with their universities and doctoral schools.
- To help them organize and implement their annual thesis committees.
The Institut Curie, situated near multiple universities, offers a unique work environment in the same historic location where Marie Curie conducted her famous experiments.
