Présentation

I am a final year PhD student in the team of Geneviève Almouzni, working on the relationship between histone H3 variants, 3D genome organization and replication as part of the ChromDesign ITN. Before joining the lab, I graduated from the Integrated MSci Genetics programme at the University of Glasgow, which allowed me to spend a year working in Target & Pathway Validation at GSK. I am broadyly interested in all things related to chromatin and how we can exploit -omics or other types of big data to understand its function and organization. To pursue this, I have developed both wet lab skills in the areas of cell and molecular biology, and bioinformatics expertise in the analysis of ChIP-seq and Hi-C data.
