Description
Severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) is a complex disease with rapid progress, many complications and high mortality, and there is no specific and effective treatment at present. Oxymatrine (OMT), as an active ingredient monomer of traditional Chinese medicine, has many pharmacological effects, including anti-inflammatory, anti-pathogen, and immunity regulating effects, but its therapeutic mechanism for SAP is unclear. This study intends to clarify the role, molecular mechanism and therapeutic target of OMT in inhibiting the excessive formation of neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) to treat SAP through SAP mouse model in vivo and neutrophil NETs model in vitro, and to study the regulatory mechanism of OMT on LFA-1/PKC/ROS signaling pathway and key enzymes NE and HDAC in the formation of NETs in various organs of SAP, so as to provide reliable theoretical basis and new ideas for clinical drug treatment of SAP.
